
How to Become a Certified Site?
Get in Touch!
Tell us about your land and your vision. We can then send you our Application Form and Introduction Pack so we can get things moving!
We’ll then carry out a desk study to gather any relevant information that may support the success of your certification.
Site notices will be sent to your LPA and parish council, with a copy posted at your site entrance. A 28-day notice period then begins for comments and feedback.
The home stretch! We will visit your site to check that everything is as discussed. We’ll walk the land with you, confirming details.
With everything in place, we’ll hand over your certification and officially welcome you into the club! You’ll receive your certificate, along with relevant legal documents.
Now it’s time to enjoy your certified site! Welcome guests, embrace the outdoors, and be part of a nature loving community.
Your Land

You have land that you’re looking to generate income from by offering glamping, camping, or similar outdoor accommodation experiences.
Exempt Organisation
Choose which club suits your land and vision. They certify your land, granting you with your exemption certificate.
Certified Site
Your land is then classed as a certified site. able to commercially use your land as camping/ glamping etc for 12 months of the year!
